Waco Frenchies Health & Happiness Guarantee
We are committed to the health and well-being of our French Bulldogs, and we want to ensure that every puppy finds a loving, forever home. To demonstrate our dedication, we offer the following guarantees:
One-Year Health Guarantee:
While most life-threatening congenital diseases manifest within the first year of a puppy's life, we offer a one-year health guarantee starting from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers such conditions, including severe and life-altering kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems.
If a congenital defect is discovered within the guarantee period, you must notify us within two business days of discovery, providing veterinary reports from two independent veterinarians (chosen by us) confirming the diagnosis and its impact on lifespan. If you choose to receive a refund, you must surrender the puppy back to Waco Frenchies. If the puppy passes away within this period due to a covered condition, we will refund the full purchase price upon receipt of a necropsy report from a licensed veterinarian confirming the cause of death.
We guarantee that each puppy has been certified as healthy by a licensed veterinarian before going home. You agree to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within thirty (30) days of purchase and provide us with a written health certificate.
Health Conditions Not Covered:
This guarantee does not cover conditions common to brachycephalic (short-nosed) breeds, such as skin allergies, cherry eye, entropion, elongated soft palate, stenotic nares, breathing difficulties, or intervertebral disc disease (IVDD).
The guarantee also excludes parasites, infections, allergies, immune disorders, injuries, behavioral issues, and fertility problems.
We are not responsible for reactions to vaccinations or any medical expenses incurred.
Puppy Care:
You agree to provide routine veterinary care, vaccinations, deworming, fresh water, quality food, and a safe environment for your puppy.
Avoid dog parks and public areas until your puppy is fully vaccinated.
Lifetime Happiness Guarantee:
We cherish each puppy as part of our extended Frenchie Family. If, for any reason, you are unable to keep your Waco Frenchie, we will welcome them back into our care and find them a new loving home. To activate this guarantee, you must surrender ownership of the dog to Waco Frenchies or its designated agent, with no refund of the purchase price or any part thereof.

This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
